After having watched another video by Hisham-Al-Hadi, despite the fact that I had already decided upon a topic for this post to be based around today, I came to the conclusion that it is important to set your Ramadan Goals earlier, rather than later. This is because Insha-Allah, through that you are enabled to imply them into your preparation for Ramadan, helping you to achieve these goals. Therefore, I am going to set my five goals, today, along with you readeries.
Ponder carefully over what it is that you wish to achieve this Ramadan, consider what you would like to continue doing after Ramadan, for example, if at current you do not pray on time, then it automatically becomes almost compulsory for you to aim to be much more punctual in regards to your Namaaz. Perhaps you had aimed to do something the previous year, which you failed to accomplish, and therefore, wish to try and do so again this year Insha-Allah.
My excitement for the upcoming Ramadan is forever increasing, and I yearn to feel the blessings of the month. How can one not take advantage of this beautiful time of the year? Therefore, I personally feel setting goals become almost compulsory, as they are not only practical, but also motivational.
Once you have written down your five goals, ensure that your preparations for Ramadan are somewhat linked to them, helping you to achieve them.
I pray you do, along with me.
May Allah grant us success.
Ameen.
Asaalam-U-Alaikum
